Our service area covers over 650 sq. km and reaches a population of over 650,000 people in our direct dial area. niagara.com is currently linked to the Internet by a full DS-3 circuit connection through Sprint Canada. This connection provides niagara.com with redundancy and ensures maximum bandwidth for our clients, making us the "fastest" Internet Service Provider in the Niagara Region.

niagara.com is connected to its clients through Bell Canada fibre-optic T-3 digital connections which reach our state-of-the-art Cisco Systems communications servers. This provides our customers the ability of connection speeds via analog modem up to 56K (v.90) and digitally up to to 3.0 Mbps (depending upon the DSL service region). In addition, niagara.com maintains several dedicated Silicon Graphic servers for electronic mail, USENET news, web presence, secure commerce and database hosting. niagara.com also maintains a large series of Linux servers for CGI and database hosting. niagara.com provides all its members with unparalleled support and service. Trained technical support personnel provide telephone service from our corporate Technical Support Call Centre in St. Catharines, ON. In addition, on site service at your location can be arranged for special service fees.
